Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Maintenance Manager(HVAC/Robotics/High Temp) to lead our maintenance and reliability operations at our advanced manufacturing facility.Summary:This role is essential to ensuring uptime, efficiency, and safety across all plant equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in industrial maintenance, preventative programs, and team development. Manage across all shifts, including Maintenance and Calibration (45 Mechanics and Electricians). On-Call Yes, however rarely something that requires being onsite, usually just answering texts or calls. Responsibilities:Oversee daily maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, and facility systemsAttend morning changeover meetings, review work orders, troubleshoot problems, manager PM's for the day, manage budget and spare partsDevelop, implement, and optimize predictive and preventative maintenance strategiesSupervise and mentor a skilled team of maintenance technicians and contractorsEnsure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety protocolsTroubleshoot complex equipment issues and lead root-cause analysis initiativesManage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processesCoordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to support operational goalsMaintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data integrityLead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and asset utilizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (preferred)5+ years in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial settingHVAC (general maintenance and servicing large facilities)Robotics (automation, troubleshooting and service)Preventative maintenance, working in high temperature areas and around high pressure machines/chemicalsStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCsProven experience implementing PM and TPM programsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenanceProficient with CMMS and maintenance KPI tracking
