Job Description

ParalegalWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. Key ResponsibilitiesLease & Document AdministrationPrepare and draft initial documents (e.g., leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, event agreements, etc.).Manage new lease intake, lease flow posts, and abstract coordinationDraft and track renewal acknowledgement letters, non-renewal letters, renewal amendments, and delivery/commencement lettersPrepare and review landlord lien subordinations, file and maintain signed agreements, default letters, and co-tenancy chart updatesCoordinate survey follow-ups and amendmentsManage document signing processes for lease-related agreementProvide back-up support for landlord lien subordination processesResearch & Legal SupportConduct legal and property research projects as needed to support development and property managementSupport construction coordination with legal review of agreements and noticesSystems & TechnologyManage and troubleshoot SharePoint project sites, including set-up, maintenance, and back-up supportMaintain prohibited & exclusive use charts, co-tenancy charts, and related property Communication & CoordinationDraft correspondence, including renewal letters, default notices, and legal acknowledgementsCollaborate closely with the property management, leasing, construction, and development teams to ensure timely and accurate legal supportServe as a point of contact for document flow, accuracy, and executionQualificationsBachelor?s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferredPrevious paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate, retail development, or property management leasingStrong understanding of lease administration, amendments, and real estate transaction documentsExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projectsStrong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, property managers, and outside counselHOUWD51Interested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 135509 when responding to this ad.
