You will join an established family-owned Commercial Roofing Contractor as they plan to expand whilst taking advantage of their existing book of business.Reporting directly to the President, you will take control of day-to-day roofing operations to enable him to focus more on company growth. You will certainly have prior senior managerial experience. If you have come up through the ranks this would be great, but this is not required.You have previous experience in service and re-roofing, particularly with TPO systemsYou possess 'emotional intelligence' and people skills, rather than a rigid approach.
