Radon is a Private Equity backed company on an aggressive growth trajectory with several completed acquisitions creating exciting opportunities for innovation, scalability, and career advancement.Job SummaryThe Warehouse Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the organization and smooth operation of our warehouse. Duties will include assisting in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders efficiently, organizing and retrieving stock within the warehouse, and assisting with the installation and deinstallation of equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse operations run seamlessly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesHandle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.Maintain inventory controls by recording materials received or distributed and assist in physical inventory counts.Prepare packages for mailing.Deliver parts and equipment as needed, including after hours and weekends when necessary.Keep the work environment safe and clean by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations along with performing regular cleaning checks.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, bales, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and packaging machines safely.Assist with equipment rigging and installation as needed.Wear proper safety equipment and compliance with safety regulations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentStrong communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skillsDependable and reliableValid drivers license with a Class-D endorsementMechanical and electrical knowledge preferredMaintain a current DOT compliance with physical and random drug/alcohol screeningsAbility to lift and/or move objects of 50lb consistentlyRegularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl1-2 years warehouse experience preferredInventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills preferredSelf-motivated, eager, and driven individualWhy Work With UsGrowing company401k with company matchMedical benefit packageCompany covered dental100% company paid Long Term Disability$250,000 life insurance policy10 holidaysPTO and sick daysPaid TrainingTravel reimbursement
