Administrative Assistant Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate person or forward messages Greet and welcome clients and guestsMaintain conference rooms and schedule meetingsSort and distribute incoming mail and packagesPrepare outgoing mail as needed (certified, overnight, etc.)Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed with vendorsCreate and maintain client accounts and contact informationHandle continuing education schedulesAssist staff with miscellaneous requests and projectsGeneral administrative tasks as needed and/or assignedOpportunity to expand on experience and cross-train with other department admin on various tasksDesired Skills & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required; some college or advanced degree preferred 1 - 3 years of office experience including phone support and general administrative dutiesStrong customer service and administrative support skillsExperience with MS Office
