Office Manager - Construction IndustryLocation: CoronaSalary: $65,000 to $75,000 DOEPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with proven experience in bookkeepingadministrative support, and a solid understanding of the construction industry. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, financial accuracy, and effective coordination across teams and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and ensure administrative efficiencyManage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and reportingCoordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractorsHandle permit applications, insurance certificates, and compliance documentationManage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsSupport HR functions including onboarding and employee recordsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as neededEnsure timely communication and follow-up across departmentsQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in office management and bookkeepingPrior experience in the construction industry is strongly preferredProficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management toolsStrong understanding of financial principles and accounting practicesExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of integrity and confidentialityBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
