Job Title: Contract Analyst Support Location: Boerne, TX (Onsite) Pay: Up to $20/hr depending on experience Position SummaryThis role provides technical and administrative support for Market Access operations, including the management of commercial and government contracts. Responsibilities include setting up indirect contracts, maintaining pricing data, processing rebates and payments, and supporting compliance efforts. The position works closely with internal teams such as Compliance, IT, Accounting, and Distribution to ensure accurate and timely contract execution and data reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesFormat, analyze, and reconcile contract data to support rebate payments.Validate invoice data and process payments for commercial contracts.Help ensure timely and accurate payments to maintain strong customer relationships.Manage daily processing of EDI files and handle check distribution.Collaborate with IT and Distribution to troubleshoot EDI transaction issues and ensure timely submission of EPCIS files.Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and pivot tables using MS Access and Excel.Generate weekly reports to support Market Access team communication with wholesalers.Review, process, and submit Medicaid invoices for payment.Work with state agencies to resolve prior quarter invoice adjustments and submit reconciliations as needed.Download Medicaid invoices from secure state portals.Keep Medicaid-related data current to support payment processing and resolve disputes.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or specialized training in accounting, business, or computer systems preferred.2+ years of experience in a contracts, finance, or administrative support role, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret financial data, reports, and regulatory documentation.Proficient in business math, including percentages, ratios, and practical application of formulas.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to work independently in non-standardized situations.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; working knowledge of Oracle SQL or similar systems is a plus.Comfortable using standard office equipment (e.g., calculators, printers, scanners) in a fast-paced environment.
