The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations for the U.S. business unit. This role will also include monitoring financial performance, conducting risk management, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.QualificationsExperience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planningStrong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory complianceProficiency in risk management and auditingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHigh proficiency in financial management software and toolsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
