Our client, in the food and beverage CPG space, is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for the busy holiday season. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while helping customers during peak operations. Shopify experience is required. Customer Service Representatives – Seasonal (Onsite)Location: Cedar Grove, NJ (Onsite, 5 days/week)Pay Rate: $17.50/hourSchedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–FridayTimeline: Training begins October 20, active work period October 27 – December 24Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracyPlace and track customer ordersResolve issues and provide solutions in a timely mannerSupport with ad-hoc customer service requests as neededRequirements:Prior customer service experience (Shopify and OMS experience strongly preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAdaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a high-volume environmentMust be available for on-site work in Cedar Grove, NJ, throughout the assignment
