Our projects include residential remodels and additions, new custom homes, and multifamily housing. We also specialize in the design of child care facilities and Montessori schools.The ideal candidate has:A degree in Architecture (professional degree preferred)Single family and multifamily design experienceExperience working with building departmentsA strong design backgroundAbility to work with other team membersAbility plan tasks based on project need5+ years work experience preferredPreferred software experience includes:Revit (BIM) 3+ years experience preferredBluebeamMicrosoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneNoteExperience with 3D point cloud scanner and willingness to lead scans would be a bonusPlease detail your experience with Revit in your correspondence to us, including how many projects you have used it on, and whether they were academic or actual built projects.Your responsibilities include:Using Revit to create drawings from As-builts to Construction Documentation for multiple projects at a time.Using Bluebeam Studio Sessions to review drawings and collaborate with other team membersUsing OneNote to manage project informationOn site documentation and generating as-built models in Revit from 3D Point Cloud scansEngaging in our weekly office meeting to discuss issues, solve problems together, and review workloadOur benefits include:Paid VacationPaid HolidaysSick PayMedical Insurance with VisionDental InsuranceRetirement PlanProfit SharingContinuing EducationTransportation BenefitReimbursement for ARE examFlexible Work HoursHybrid work (after training in office)
