For more information visit: Summary:The Senior Project Manager will oversee the development and construction of a large-scale, multifamily project, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule. This role requires an ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and to achieve the highest standards of quality and excellence. The Senior Project Manager will have an office at the project site and would be expected to be on site 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet performance goals.Attend and lead monthly progress meetings with the project management team and all applicable subcontractors.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, ownership, and lenders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and quality standards.Proactively address challenges to maintain project timelines and mitigate risks.Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.Implement Procore project management software to track milestones and enhance efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 12 years+ of experience managing large-sale multifamily developments.Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $75 mm in value.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g. MS Project, Blue Beam, Procore or equilavent)Compensation:Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $100,000.00 per year
