About us:Clear Behavioral Health (formerly Clear Recovery Center) is a mental health and substance abuse treatment program with online and in-person locations across Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in helping teens and adults suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, substance use and addiction, self-harm, attachment and burnout. Our treatment teams of subject matter experts deliver holistic, individualized, and multimodal mental health treatment through an engaging and therapeutic environment using state of the art, evidence-based clinical care. Our continuum of care includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization/day treatment, residential treatment, and inpatient detox.Website: We are looking for:A dedicated therapist for our El Monte PHP/IOP who is passionate about making a tangible difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will bring experience treating adolescents and adults suffering from mental health issues, demonstrating both individual and group therapy proficiency. They should be able to function efficiently as an individual and within a team, providing holistic, patient-centered care.Job Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.Facilitate comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic summaries.Provide individual therapy sessions.Facilitate group counseling, education, and meetings as outlined in the program.Embrace a multidisciplinary approach in treatment planning.Oversee treatment services for the designated patient caseload.Engage in in-service training and supervisory meetings.Qualifications:Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).Hold a Master's degree.A minimum of 1 year's clinical experience, focusing on adolescent and adult mental health.Demonstrated skill in planning and leading psychotherapy groups.Familiarity with evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatments.Proficiency in suicidality assessment and safety planning.Knowledge of DSM 5 diagnoses.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.Schedule: The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a start time of 12 or 1pm (12 hours per week up to 20 hours per week). Pay: $30.00 - $57.00per hour Associate pay range is between $30-$38 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and hours accumulated.
