Project Superintendent - Louisville, KYI'm partnered with a well-established GC that's been building trust in the industry for over a century. They've got a strong backlog of ground-up medical, tenant improvement (TI), commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects across Kentucky and Indiana and are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations.What's on offer: ? Strong team culture with long-term stabilityThe role:Manage day-to-day on-site operations for medical, TI, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing builds, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are metLead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and tradesOversee industrial projects with process piping systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standardsWork closely with PMs, architects, engineers, and owners to keep projects on trackConduct site inspections, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to codes and client specificationsMentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, safety-first environmentWhat you'll need:9+ years of progressive construction field experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory roleProven background in industrial/manufacturing projects with process piping, as well as medical/healthcare TI and commercial buildsStrong technical knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, piping, etc.)Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience preferredAbility to manage project finances, schedules, and subcontractorsOSHA training and a valid driver's license requiredThis position will be based on-site in Louisville, KY (not remote).
