This individual would be performing patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance and insurance verification. This role is heavily focused on customer support with patients, providers, and insurance customers. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday shift a month.SHIFT OPTIONS:12 PM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift)OR1 PM - 9 PM EST, Monday - Friday EST (fixed shift)All shifts require a rotational Saturday shift 9 AM - 5 PM ESTThere will be a required shift during the 8-week training period of 10 AM - 6 PM EST
