Construction Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee lighting and mechanical retrofit projects at a large industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retrofit project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of project safety protocols and compliance.Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality control (QA/QC) and adherence to project specifications.Coordinate site logistics to maintain efficient workflow.Manage electronic construction documentation using ProcorePrepare and submit daily reports.Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules.Lead and facilitate stakeholder construction meetings.Perform additional assignments as directed.Minimum Requirements:5-7 years of construction management experience, specifically in lighting and mechanical retrofit projects.Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proven experience managing an electronic construction document system.Demonstrated ability to organize and run stakeholder construction meetings.Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.Equal Opportunity Statement:USPRO is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, disability and/or other protected categories.
