Our diverse portfolio includes public and private commercial projects, life sciences, education, multifamily ground-up construction, and interiors, with project values ranging from $5M to $45M.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $125K-$160K, based on experience and title (Super/Senior Super)Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10% total: 6% company performance + 4% individual performance).Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month + gas card.Collaborative and supportive company culture focused on employee growth.Position OverviewLead and mentor team members, including interns and junior staff, fostering their growth and development.Help plan, execute, and manage multiple construction projects ranging from $5M to $40M.Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.Proven experience managing construction projects in the public, private, or commercial sectors.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and support junior staff.Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong client relationships.A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
