Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to their dynamic team!This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned business working on some well-known projects in the Nashville market!The ideal candidate will have multi-unit, construction and / or installation experience and be open to travel.Duties: Serve as the primary liaison between Interior Installations and General Contractors, Material Suppliers, and other clientsMaintain consistent, effective communication with office, field teams, and jobsite personnelConduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality, timeliness, and contract complianceParticipate in all jobsite meetings required to maintain communication and uphold contractual obligationsOversee daily project cost, schedule, productivity, and inventoryGenerate monthly progress reports, including budget tracking and pay applicationsOversee material logistics: ordering, tracking, inventory management, and delivery schedulesCoordinate installer travel logistics, including transportation and lodgingCommunicate, track, and resolve issues effectively and promptly throughout the life of the projectEnsure safety standards are met; champion quality and compliance on every siteRequirements: Bachelor's degree in building science or 3+ years of supervisory/manager experience in constructionProven track record managing commercial construction or installation projectsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to problem-solve quickly and "pitch in" where neededComfort working primarily from the field/truck and traveling to multiple job sitesTitle: Construction Project Manager - Nashville, TNLocation: Field based role - no local officePay: $65k-$75k base salary with ample bonusDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
