Human Resources Director

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of human resources experience having overseen specifically employee relations issues included in the responsibilities below. The candidate must have supervisory experience, having directly managed a team of 3 or more. We are looking for candidates with corporate experience versus site-level experience.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all areas of Employee Relations issues to include investigations, LOAs, worker's comp, terminations, conflict resolution, employee onboarding, benefits enrollment.Managing and leading a staff of Generalists and CoordinatorsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally at the corporate levelPrevious supervisor experience, having managed at least 3 direct reports.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workQualified candidates MUST have California experience. We will not consider relocation candidates unless a large part of their career has been working in Human Resources in the state of California
