Grading Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team and manage on-site construction activities to ensure successful project completion.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality controlMust have experience in earthwork.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project successEnsure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirementsMonitor and analyze project performance, including cost, schedule, and qualityManage project risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide leadership and mentorship to site teamsDrive innovation and continuous improvement in site management practicesOther duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational education preferred7+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry, including superintendent or foreman experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritiesKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
