This project is going to be a 347 unit, 5 story wrap with precast parking deck.ResponsibilitiesAssist the PM in all stages of project life cycle from buyout to CoOAssist the PM in creating and managing the project budget and scheduleCreate and maintain a submittal log for all RFIs, Change Orders and paperwork pertaining to the projectManagement of ordering all materials for the jobsiteQualificationsExperience as an Assistant Project Manager on a ground up multifamily wrap project in excess of $30MMOSHA 30 certificationProcore certification or equivalent experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints
