Job description:Patient Access SupervisorAre you a motivated leader with a passion for patient care, staff development, and operational excellence?Networks Connect is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, 24/7 Patient Access Department on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patient satisfaction and departmental performance while growing your career in healthcare administration.What You'll DoAs the Patient Access Supervisor, you'll manage the organizational and administrative functions of a multi-location Patient Access team, including Admissions, Emergency Department, Laboratory & Radiology Registration, Scheduling, and Financial Counseling. You'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive a seamless experience while supporting staff development and meeting fiscal goals.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating Patient Access staffOverseeing scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and copay collectionMonitoring key performance indicators such as registration quality, first pass denials, and time-of-service goalsCollaborating with medical, nursing, and finance teams to ensure accurate patient placement and billing processesDriving operational efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiativesHandling payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties to keep the department running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForEducationAssociate's degree requiredExperience4+ years of healthcare-related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of hospital scheduling and billing systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual skills are a plusCHAM Certification (or ability to obtain within the first year of hire)Why Join Us?Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)Full-time, day-shift schedule (8:30am - 5:00pm)Opportunity to lead a dedicated healthcare team and directly impact patient satisfactionProfessional growth through training, certification, and performance-driven leadership experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
