Akkodis is seeking multiple Customer Service Field Service Technicians in Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Portland, OR or Washington, DC area. Candidates must have prior Power distribution experience to be considered. Position Overview: Akkodis is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Customer Service Technician to support our advanced power distribution equipment. This role involves both on-site and remote service, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.The pay is $72,000 - $100,000 a year and OT eligible + benefits + PTO + subsidized healthcare + Holiday pay. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Cannot do C2C.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on equipment, including:Static transfer switchesPower distribution unitsRemote power panelsProvide technical support to customers on-site and remotely via phone and emailMaintain accurate and timely service records in the systemRespond to emergency service calls, including participation in the 24/7 support rotationTravel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as requiredOccasional weekend or holiday work may be necessaryQualifications:Required: Experience servicing electrical power systemsStrong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret diagrams and schematicsFamiliarity with PC-based programming of printed circuit boardsKnowledge of electrical PPE and safety protocolsClean driving recordPreferredAssociate degree in an electrical disciplineMilitary training in electronics or electrical systemsWork Location:Initial training conducted in Aurora, OhioField service performed at customer sites throughout the U.S. and Canada75% travel and 25% working from homeCompany vehicle will be provided and company card for expenses.
