The Senior Commercial Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of commercial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, preparing detailed plans, and coordinating with project teams. This role also involves client interaction, managing schedules and budgets, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.QualificationsProficient in AutoCAD, and other design software2-3 Years of Experience in commercial project design and developmentStrong knowledge of building codes and regulationsExcellent project management and organizational skillsEffective communication and client interaction skillsAbility to lead and mentor junior team membersPreferred Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldRegistration as a Professional Engineer or Architect preferred(If applicable)
