Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Manger PCU! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. FTE's- 50Reports to the Director of PACUQualifications:Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Minimum 2 years of current clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE AS CHARGE NURSE (MIN 3 YRS)will consider strong charge nurse recent acute care experience in tele, step down or critical care
