Job Title: Division Human Resources CoordinatorLocation (city, state): Tysons, VAIndustry: Corporate Operations / Construction & Real EstatePay: $65,000 - $75,000 / Annually (depending on experience)About Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with a growing division of a national organization to hire a Division HR Coordinator to support their Tysons, VA office. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative on-site and act as a strategic partner to the Division President. If you're a well-rounded HR professional ready to take full ownership of the HR function at the local level, this is an outstanding opportunity.Job Description:The Division HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR functions while supporting long-term HR initiatives. This role is a trusted advisor to the local leadership team and serves as the go-to resource for all employee-related matters.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary HR contact for 75-80 employees in the divisionHandle the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboardingManage administrative tasks including payroll support, benefits inquiries, and timesheet reviewsConduct orientation and training for new hiresLiaise between corporate HR and local office to implement HR policiesTrack and process promotions, performance actions, terminations, and organizational changesMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentationPartner with leadership to proactively address workforce needs and concernsQualifications:5+ years of broad-based HR experience1+ year of experience as the sole or lead HR contact for a business unit or organizationAssociate degree or higher requiredProficiency with HR systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionMust have stable job history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)Candidates must have prior experience in a corporate environment (nonprofit/government-only backgrounds will not be considered)Additional Details:Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMWorksite: 100% On-Site at 7925 Jones Branch Dr., Suite 6200, Tysons, VA 22102Team Size: 1 (You'll be the sole HR team member on-site)Reports To: Division President - a highly supportive, training-minded leader looking for a collaborative partner, not a direct reportInterview Process Includes:Virtual interview with Talent AcquisitionPersonality/work style assessmentOn-site interview with the Division PresidentFinal call with regional HR lead(Optional) Virtual walk-through of benefits package with HRPerks:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(K) with company matchEmployee stock purchase planPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysLife & disability insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsCareer development via quarterly training symposiums and annual HR summitsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
