Our client specializes in pharmaceutical ingredients, Bioscience, Biopharmaceuticals, Custom manufacturing, Biotechnology, Life science ingredients, Nutrition, Microbial Control, Agriculture, Materials Science, Personal Care, and cell and gene therapy.Job Description:Summary: Perform all duties to ensure the Materials Requirements Plans are completed to ensure the timely availability of materials to support the product Supply PlanResponsible to liaise with all key functions to ensure timely updates to materialplans considering changes to plans or material availability issuesExecution of key tasks to support inventory plans and optimization initiativesJob Duties: Perform all routine tasks to convert planned orders into material plans including the creation and management of material planned requirementsLiaison with Supply Planner and Schedulers to ensure all material plans are up to date and respCreation and maintenance of detailed material planning parameters in Planning systemsConversion of the material requirements plan (purchase requisitions) into Purchase OrdersExpediting material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processingCreation and management of material related KPIs and measures to ensure accurate understanding of material availabilityExecution of key material availability, mobilization or write actions to support optimal management of inventory while reducing scrap/wasteLiase with key stakeholders (Supply Planner, Scheduler and PM) to develop safety stock and inventory plans to meet production plansTrack, report and facilitate on-time material availability including testing and release for productionSkills: Ability to support delivery of Supply Chain inventory management/ strategyGood communication and presentation skills.Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise mannerStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and report metrics (KPI's) and identify issues through root cause analysisCompetent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to utilise Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports3-5 Years ExperienceTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
