Data Entry Specialist IIDuration - 6 Months, Temp to HireLocation - Seattle, WA 98101Max Pay - $27.00-$31.47/hourOnsite 5 days a weekJob Description - Order EntryJob SummaryEngages in data entry and system maintenance to support timely and accurate information within the database. Responsible for the entry of raw data and subsequent translation into valuable information to be utilized in assessing ongoing business performance and to support decision making.Job ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with Commercial Real Estate or at least Real EstateReview details of documents to ensure required data for processing order/data is complete.Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.Ability to accurately and timely process data in high volumes.Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processesFollows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilitiesUses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretionUses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team membersIndividual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomySorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate partyPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma requiredExperienceTypically requires 0-2 years of related work experienceIdeal candidate would have worked as a transaction coordinator or office admin in a real estate officeAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
