Finance Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support multiple business lines across the organization, including Structured Finance, Whole Loan Originations, Accounting, Treasury, and Asset Management. Your responsibilities will span from assisting with day-to-day loan trading and capital markets activities to ongoing portfolio management and monthly reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the real estate lending industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare settlement statements for weekly loan trading and capital markets activitiesSupport ongoing portfolio management and monitoring across multiple portfoliosProvide transactional support for Structured Finance and related business linesComplete month-end reporting for various investor portfoliosCollaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Structured Finance, Whole Loan Originations, and Asset Management teamsDeliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate or lending sectorFamiliarity with residential lending is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is a plus
