The OpportunityGrumman|Butkus Associates is adding an HR Generalist to our team based in metro Chicago (Evanston, IL). We've been focused on energy efficiency since our founding in 1973, with an emphasis on creative engineering solutions, excellent customer service, and doing right by our people, our clients, and the planet. Your RoleThe HR Generalist supports the Administrative Manager in performing a wide variety of human resource tasks related to benefits and payroll. The HR Generalist may also support accounting tasks.Support the Administrative Manager on semi-monthly payroll processing for all employees in all offices utilizing ADP Workforce NowPerform tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to benefits, performance reviews, leaves, harassment training, new hire onboarding, etc.Perform day-to-day accounting tasks and other duties as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant rolesProficiency in ADP Workforce Now preferredExcellent communication skills and detail-orientedAbility to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlinesCompensationGBA passionately invests in our employees by providing a collaborative, innovative work environment and the opportunity for personal and professional growth to work among the brightest minds in the industry.An appreciation for its employees and a culture that reflects that.
