This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and enjoys seeing projects through from ground-up to closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and field teamsManage and update construction schedules and forecastsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logisticsEnforce project-specific and OSHA safety protocolsEnsure quality control and adherence to local building codesServe as the main point of contact on-site for project stakeholdersWhat You Bring5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial buildsOSHA 30 certificationStrong communication and leadership skillsProven track record building and managing construction schedulesKnowledge of local code compliance and inspection processesGround-up experience preferredPublic Works background.Why Apply? ?
