Austin, TX | Our Client: Realized Financial | Full-TimeThe Opportunity Our client, Realized Financial, is seeking a Vice President of Wealth Management to advise accredited investors, Broker Dealers, and RIAs on transitioning from direct investment property into diversified portfolios of institutional-quality real estate. Leveraging Tax Optimized Real Estate (TORE) solutions, you'll guide clients in creating passive income strategies through goal-based financial planningKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert in Investment Property Wealth Management and TORE strategies.Build trusted client relationships through personalized, consultative financial planning.Partner with Private Client Associates to deliver seamless client service.Engage new prospects through both warm leads and targeted outreach.Collaborate with internal Research teams to present tailored investment plans.Qualify investors on DSTs, 1031 exchanges, Opportunity Zone Funds, REITs, and commercial real estate.Consistently meet revenue goals while prioritizing clients' best interests.Qualifications3+ years of consultative sales experience in the securities industry.Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65 + 63).Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to connect quickly with affluent prospects.Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with long sales cycles.Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of DSTs, 1031 exchanges, Opportunity Zone Funds, REITs, and CRE.Familiarity with Modern Portfolio Theory, portfolio construction, and risk-adjusted returns.Why Apply?
