Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate development and investment company seeking for a SrProperty Manager to join their Denver team. The Sr Property Manager will represent the company as the on-site property manager in the Denver Region. This individual will be responsible for the daily management of all of the company's commercial properties in Denver while working with a team.Responsibilities:Property OperationsRespond promptly and professionally to tenant requestsPrepare annual budgets and monthly expense reportsOversee building maintenance, vendor contracts, and insurance claimsConduct regular property inspectionsTenant ManagementMaintain strong tenant relationships and lead lease renewalsCoordinate broker events with leadershipServe as primary liaison for tenant legal issues and collectionsCapital ProjectsManage CapEx projects from contractor selection to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with codes, leases, and tenant requirementsOffice OperationsMentor, train, and support PM and Assistant PM staffCollaborate with regional teams on best practicesAssist in hiring, budgeting, invoicing, and CAM estimates/reconciliationsStay informed on local market trends, attend industry events, and represent the company in public forumsQualificationsProven experience leading property management teamsSkilled in office and industrial lease renewalsKnowledge of accrual and cash accounting, tenant improvement projects, and Yardi softwareCPM certification preferred
