Centurion is headquartered out of Charlotte, NC, and is in the early stages of expanding into a nationwide presence.Job DescriptionAt Centurion, our Foremen are the boots-on-the-ground leaders who ensure our high standards of performance, safety, and professionalism are upheld daily. This is more than just a construction role, it's about being a key driver of progress, coordinating complex site logistics, and motivating crews to deliver excellence every day.As a Foreman at Centurion, you'll take ownership of job site operations from start to finish. You'll be responsible for leading truck coordination, overseeing material movement, managing GPS tracking, and ensuring our efficiency goals are met. This role requires a proactive mindset, clear communication, and strong attention to detail to make sure that every load, every site, and every team member is aligned with the company's objectives.What You Can Expect:A fast-paced, high-accountability environment where you are trusted to lead and deliver.Daily interaction with truck drivers, equipment operators, and vendors.The support of advanced technology and operational systems to make your job more efficient.A team-first culture where your input and leadership are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily trucking schedules and confirm arrival times for assigned vendors.Track and deploy GPS units through our Samsara system.Communicate site conditions and needs to operations managers.Sign trucks in/out and verify materials moved match dispatch orders.Upload truck tickets and track daily productivity metrics.Address real-time issues on site and relay important updates to supervisors.Maintain jobsite organization and safety protocols.Ensure equipment is utilized properly and maintained daily.Solve on-site problems as they arise, using sound judgment and resourcefulness to maintain momentum and prevent delays Hold truck drivers accountable to site rules and performance expectations, ensuring strict compliance with Centurion SOPs and standardsEscalate operational challenges to field leadership and collaborate on solutionsQualificationsProven field experience in construction, logistics, or transportation environmentsExcellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholdersAbility to remain calm and decisive in fast-changing jobsite conditionsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to enforce company SOPs and standardsProficiency with dozers and excavators a plus; commitment to learning and operating equipment requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWillingness to work in the field and maintain a high degree of physical activityCompensation & BenefitsStarting at $25/hour + overtime (Year 1).
