Our approach combines small-scale manufacturing services and data-driven AI-models to accelerate development timelines, helping to bring life-saving therapies to patients faster.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution of client programs and internal R&D projects. This role will serve as a key interface between our scientific, technical, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination and Execution· Manage end-to-end execution of client and internal development projects· Coordinate across lab, data, and leadership teams to align on scope, timing, and deliverables· Organize and maintain project documentation including SOWs, protocols, and meeting summariesClient Communication and Stakeholder Management· Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients during program execution· Facilitate timely updates and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders· Monitor program performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as neededOperations Support and Process Optimization· Lead weekly internal check-ins to review program milestones and timelines· Support lab resource planning and project forecasting· Contribute to the development of scalable project workflows and documentation standardsQualifications· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field· 5+ years of experience in project management or operations within biotech, pharma, or a CDMO· Excellent communication and organizational skills· Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment· Strong familiarity with biomanufacturing workflows and process development· Demonstrated AI literacy: hands-on experience using AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) to enhance and scale key responsibilities through prompt engineering and context management.Preferred Skills· Experience with project management tools· Background in life sciences, chemical engineering, or biotechnology· Prior client-facing rolesWhat We OfferBase salary $75,000 - 115,000 per yearCompetitive performance-based incentives· Health insurance benefits for full-time employees· Unlimited PTO policy that supports work-life balance· Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing, innovative company· A collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on professional growthJoin Axio BioPharma in transforming biopharmaceutical manufacturing and helping life-saving therapies reach patients faster.
