Acquisitions Associate

My client specializes in acquiring and managing real estate properties, prioritizing both short-term income generation and long-term value creation. They currently have an opening for an Acquisitions Analyst or Associate to join their dynamic and extremely active real estate team.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all quantitative functions of the investment processPrepare cash flow analyses and investment memosEvaluate optimal capital structures for each investment opportunityDevelop new and/or audit existing Excel modelsPresent financial models to senior members of management, brokers and lendersMaintain acquisition pipeline and databaseCompile sales and market data for inclusion in quarterly reportsAssist in transaction due diligence and coordinating third-party vendorsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field requiredMinimum of four years of directly relevant multifamily real estate underwriting experience requiredExperience with real estate valuation processes, underwriting, cash flow analysis and return on investment principlesAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build structure in an ambiguous environment
