As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be joining a growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HRIS/PEO Management, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.Build relationships between various HR functions to provide a positive employee experience, including local team and corporate teamsDevelop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employeesConsult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriateCollaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop and improve current policies, programs, and solutionsMediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessaryFind ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retentionUnderstand, interpret, and explain human resources policy to company management and employeesManager vendor interactions to facilitate employee support needs, compliance and engagementOversee databases, software, and computer systems that companies use to manage their human resources, including analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issuesAnalyze large HR data sets and build custom dashboards to support data-driven people-decisionsWhat you should bring:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, professional, and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field5 or more years' experience in human resources related roleCurrent, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, and federal and state employment lawsExperience with Power BI, a plusBilingual proficiency in Spanish, a plusWhat you can be part of:As an HR Generalist with us, you'll become part of a collaborative team that values partnership, advocacy and an inclusive approach.
