Assembly and Production Specialist

Vaco is hiring for an Assembly and Production SpecialistLocation - Sunrise, FL Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PMCompensation: $17 - $23 BOEOverview:Assembling products, components or parts in a production setting.Ensuring products meet quality standards and specificationsIdentifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment or productsMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentA team player with individual / independent work capabilitiesSoldering components, including through-hole, surface mounts and hand solderingInspecting and testing solder joints for quality and reliabilityIdentifying defects and related issuesRepairing and reworking defective components on circuit boardsTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesSkills and Requirements:Minimum of 2 years in an Assembly/Production roleExperience in assembling products, components or parts in a production setting.Handling identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment or products.Experience with soldering components, including through-hole surface mounts and hand soldering.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
