Superintendent - ProductionLocation: Brownsville, TN | Competitive Pay + Full BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Production to oversee operations in our Injection Molding department. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer needs and leading a large, diverse team in a 24/7 production environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and support production teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Manage day-to-day operations across multiple shifts, ensuring consistency in policies and procedures.Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing standards, leading training, and completing investigations.Oversee operational metrics to achieve productivity goals, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure all standards and priorities are met.Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including scrap reduction and quality enhancements.Hire, train, and develop staff to build strong, capable teams.Spearhead projects that address business challenges and contribute to long-term objectives.Remain available on call for emergencies as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership, plastics experience preferred.Knowledge of material control, engineering, maintenance, and quality.Experience with ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, TPM, WCM).Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.Proven ability to manage change, drive results, and lead by example.Excellent project management, data analysis, and decision-making skills.Ability to remain calm and focused in a demanding environment.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and advancement opportunities.Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective day 1).401(k) with match and annual retirement contribution.Life & AD&D insurance.Paid vacation and tuition assistance.Fitness reimbursement program.Equal Opportunity Employer.
