Whether through an email, phone call, or in-person, you deliver clear and confident messages.When things don't go according to plan, you adapt and problem-solve, while knowing when to ask for support.You're comfortable in all environments"”from client meetings to construction sites"”and are attentive to every detail during project execution.You're seeking a firm where your contributions matter and where you can grow both personally and professionally.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Support the design and implementation of high-end residential projects from concept through completion.Develop detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.Contribute to the development of design concepts, including furniture and finish selections, custom furniture development, and sourcing materials such as finishes, plumbing fixtures, and decorative hardware.Prepare and present client-facing materials, including drawings, mood boards, material flat lays, and visual presentations.Manage project scopes, including prioritization, budget oversight, timelines, and scheduling.Maintain clear and effective internal communication and provide regular project updates.Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, architects, general contractors, builders, and tradespeople to ensure all design elements are executed seamlessly and according to plan.QUALIFICATIONSThis is a full-time position with standard office hours of 9:00 - 5:00pm, but flexibility is required for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates relocating will also be considered.Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture preferred.
