HVAC Service Technician

Job Title: Service TechnicianPay: $30–$45/hr + Bonus PotentialSchedule: Typically 7:00am–4:00pm, with rotational on-call every 3–4 weeks and occasional overnight travelLMK Recruiting is seeking experienced Service Technicians to service, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and specialty food service equipment for restaurants and hospitality clients.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, specialty)Read and interpret diagrams and schematicsInstall and replace parts per company standardsCommunicate with manufacturers and technical support for complex issuesMaintain accurate work orders, time reports, and inventory recordsPromote additional services as appropriateEnsure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of service vehicle and toolsQualifications:Minimum 5 years HVAC/R + hot side preferred (will consider master cold side only)EPA and/or CFESA certification preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordMust pass background check and drug testBenefits:Take-home service vehicle with gas card, uniforms, phoneHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance (eligibility after 60 days)12 PTO days, 3 floating holidays, 48 wellness/sick hoursOngoing training and career developmentLocation: Candidates must live within 40 miles of designated market areas.
