Our mission is simple: provide seniors with compassionate, quality care so they can age with dignity in their own homes.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, ALFs, hospices, rehab centers, physician offices, and other senior care organizations.Generate new business by meeting sales goals and referral quotas.Actively visit referral sources in the local community (outside sales).Partner with agency leadership to develop growth strategies and track competitor activity.Represent Home Helpers at networking events, community meetings, and client assessments when needed.Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and content initiatives.What We're Looking For2+ years in sales, business development, or marketing (healthcare preferred but not required).Proven success in building referral relationships and hitting sales targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in an independent, field-based role.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.Why Join Us? ?
