We work hard, we take pride in what we do, and we look out for one another.About the RoleWe are seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, multifamily, or industrial warehouse builds, and a proven ability to lead crews, manage subs, and keep projects moving efficiently and safely.As Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader "” overseeing daily site operations, managing field staff and subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project stays on schedule.ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities from start to finishCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and laborersEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company proceduresMaintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project ManagerConduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefingsInspect work for quality assurance and adherence to plans/specsCollaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to resolve field issuesMaintain detailed site logs and project documentationRepresent the company professionally with owners, inspectors, and third partiesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projectsProven experience with hotel, multifamily, or industrial warehouse constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsDeep understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practicesProficiency in field documentation, scheduling, and site coordinationFamiliarity with project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)Ability to travel throughout Arizona depending on project locationsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and project-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysCompany truck or vehicle allowance (as applicable)A supportive and hardworking team that respects your role in our successThe chance to build high-quality projects "” and strong relationships along the wayLet's Build Something Great.
