Job summaryThis assistant technologist will work as a part of our clinical team to provide non-invasive treatments to patients under the guidance and supervision of a physician. This role will include prepping patients for non-invasive treatment, administering treatments, prepping patients for qEEG data collection, record-keeping, checking patients in and out, and other aspects of clinic operations. On-the-job training will be provided. This will be a part-time position at first with opportunity to grow with the company. Motivated employee who is prompt, punctual, and responsible is our highest priority.Key responsibilities:Administer non-invasive treatments (after thorough training), ensuring safe and effective treatment.Prepare patients for treatment sessions and explain procedures in a compassionate and professional manner.Assist in conducting qEEGs and other neurophysiological assessments, including setup, calibration, and data collection.Monitor patients during treatments for safety and comfort and report any concerns to supervising staff.Maintain accurate treatment logs and patient records.Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, answering phones, and checking patients in and out.Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean clinical environment.Adapt to evolving clinic protocols and technologies as the practice grows.Preferred qualificationsPrior experience in a clinical or patient-facing setting is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety protocols.Compassionate, detail-oriented, committed to patient well-being, and eager to learn.Fluent in English language.Physical requirementsAbility to sit for a period of 25 minutes at a time.Comfortable working with light-based technology within quiet, low stimulus environments.
