Our team moves and installs furniture, artwork and accessories in Denver area homes each day.About the RoleDelivery Team Leaders are central to the home staging process. The Delivery Team Leader will be an exceptional team player first and foremost. You will be responsible for the safe and smart moving of home staging furniture into and out of our clients homes. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Movers or Delivery Coordinators and ensuring that the entire team follows safe and smart moving practices.Key Responsibilities and QualificationsPhysically move staging furniture, artwork and décor accessories. Support the interior Design Coordinator throughout the staging process.Be professional with customers during the home staging process. Follow all company policies, procedures, and best practices. Prompt start time with a commitment to work until the job is done.Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds.Team player, positive attitude, and leadership qualities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Key Performance MetricsLead a team and conduct two (2) property moves each workday.Compensation and BenefitsBase compensation starting at $25 per hour.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for performance-based bonuses.Paid sick leave.To ApplyApply directly on LinkedIn and please submit your resume and a compelling cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications to [email protected] with Colorado and Federal LawsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
