We are a high-end interior design and architecture firm based in Greenwich, CT, seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in sales strategy to support our management team.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain office organizationCoordinate meetings, appointments, and communications on behalf of the executive teamAssist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materialsTrack sales performance and support the development of sales strategiesMaintain and update CRM systems and sales reportsSupport marketing initiatives and client outreachLiaise with clients, suppliers, and partners professionally and efficientlyQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleProven experience in sales support or strategic sales coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM toolsDetail-oriented, autonomous, and resourcefulExperience in the interior design or luxury goods industry is a plusTo Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to rita.chraibi@ .
