This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment, offering the opportunity to work on one of the most significant data infrastructure builds in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a hyperscale data center project, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met. Your role will include:Project Leadership & ExecutionLead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the client, design teams, and internal leadership.Facilitate regular progress meetings and reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, trades, and local authorities.Financial OversightDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies.Oversee procurement and contract administration.Ensure timely billing and cash flow management.Schedule & Quality ControlCreate and maintain detailed project schedules.Implement quality assurance and control procedures.Drive continuous improvement and innovation on-site.Safety & ComplianceChampion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in mission-critical or data center projectsProven track record delivering hyperscale or large-scale data infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and high-performance building standards.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Why This Role?Work with a top-tier general contractor on a flagship hyperscale project.Be part of a high-performing team with a strong reputation in the data center space.Competitive compensation package including bonus, vehicle allowance, and relocation support if required.Long-term career growth opportunities within a company that values innovation and excellence.
