The RoleAs a hybrid PM/Superintendent, you'll oversee both the field execution and project management of stucco and masonry jobs"”from pre-construction planning through to close-out. You'll split your time between the field (ensuring quality and schedule adherence) and the office (managing budgets, submittals, schedules, and client communications).Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple stucco and/or masonry projects simultaneouslyCoordinate field activities, labor, subcontractors, and material deliveriesMaintain project budgets, schedules, and change ordersConduct site visits and quality control checksEnsure compliance with jobsite safety and building codesBuild and maintain relationships with GCs, vendors, and inspectorsCreate and update project documentation (RFIs, submittals, progress reports)Work closely with the estimating team during bidding phases when neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience in stucco, masonry, or exterior faí§ade constructionProven background in both field supervision and project managementStrong understanding of exterior cladding systems, waterproofing, and OSHA safetyExcellent communication and organizational skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportation
