Front Desk & Administrative AssociateThe Front Desk & Administrative Associate provides comprehensive front-of-house and administrative support across all company locations, with primary focus on the headquarters. Reporting jointly to the Corporate Office Manager and the General Counsel, this role ensures the daily operation of the office runs smoothly"”welcoming visitors, coordinating communications, and keeping workspaces organized and efficient. In addition to core administrative responsibilities, the position supports legal and compliance activities such as maintaining licenses, assisting with collections, and handling key documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors; manage reception and building access to ensure a professional, secure environment.Handle core office operations including scheduling, mail distribution, conference room preparation, and supply management.Provide administrative support to executives and assist HR with new-hire onboarding.Support the legal team with documentation, contract tracking, and maintaining the legal calendar and licenses.Uphold company standards by maintaining organized spaces and fostering a positive, values-driven workplace.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role.Effective communication, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation and strong project management skills.Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, manage stress and ensure individual performance, especially during high-pressure periods, peak seasons and demanding employee or customer situations.Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.Strong data entry skills and ability to use data to make decisions.Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions.
