This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration, helping us find great people and give them the best start possible.Key ResponsibilitiesManage job postings, review resumes, and coordinate interviewsSupport hiring managers in filling open roles quickly and efficientlyPrepare new hire paperwork and schedule orientationsOversee I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screeningsMaintain employee records and process new hire and termination documentsTrack performance reviews and compliance requirementsServe as a point of contact for employee questions and provide policy guidanceAssist with HR initiatives including engagement activities, training, and eventsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred1-3 years of HR or recruiting experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levelsExperience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plusBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programRelocation assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Four 10 hour days4 days a week
