The Construction Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, preparing and managing construction cost estimates, track bids, maintain cost databases, develop budgets and issue purchase orders for various projects through our Hyphen production management system. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure accurate and timely project completion.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication skillsAttention to detail and strong analytical abilitiesUnderstanding of construction processes and project managementAbility to work on-site in Cuyahoga Falls, OHExperience with construction estimating software, specifically Hyphen, is a plus but not mandatory
